Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is comprised of the President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and four Board Members. The volunteer members of the Board meet regularly to review the Associations business and manage the affairs of the Auburn Meadows community. Board meetings are open to the membership.

The Standards and Architectural Control Committee is responsible for reviewing all submissions for construction or exterior property modification to ensure compliance with the Association Covenant’s Architectural Standards.
The finance committee manages the Association’s budget and ensures the budget is prepared and approved for the following year. The committee works with the Association’s contracted property management service to ensure accurate budget preparation and accounting.
The landscape committee monitors the grounds of the public areas within the community and ensures that the required grounds maintenance is performed.
The Social Media committee maintains this website and the Association’s Facebook Page. The association maintains a social presence to provide timely information to our residents as well as prospective home buyers.
