Do I need to do anything before make modifications to my home?
Residents must submit an architecture request form to the association for approval before making any changes to the exterior of their home or property. These requests are usually processed within a couple days of being received.
Can I pay my annual association fee online?
Yes! The annual association fee may be paid online through Sentry. See your annual payment coupon for details about making the payment online. There is a small charge paid in addition to the annual fee when making a payment with credit card.
